TOP SECRET UK AIRBASE FROM MEMORY 2004 - onwards
Paintmarker on wall, dimensions variable

A commissioned piece, drawn straight onto the walls of a private residence on one day in 2005. I attempted to draw from memory the plan of a top-secret British Aerospace site I worked at for a few weeks, in a basic administration role that required me to visit every desk, back in 2001. To draw it I used only memories of the map and my extensive walks around the site, regardless of the Official Secrets Act I had signed. Roughly the circumference of my arms reach, it records the workings out, many mistakes and blanks of the process.

I have also attempted this in two other locations, some years apart. Below (left) is the first version from 2yk Galerie, Berlin in 2004 and the third (right) from the alt_cph fair, Copenhagen in 2008
